The main purpose of this page is to educate State authorities, PSAPs, Communication Service Providers, and other stakeholders about NG911.  With a decade of experience operating, enhancing, and maintaining a Next Generation 911 system, we've learned a lot and hope to help others by bridging knowledge gaps. We see lots of misinformation including marketing that has created confusion in the industry. We plan to use a data driven approach to explore and explain topics related to NG911.
